Ship in bottle, possibly the Belmont. This ship is a barque. If you look in there are two masts that are square-rigged and the one in the back is fore-and-aft rigged. Donated by Miss Kathryn Ladd. Un navire dans une bouteille, peut-être le Belmont. C'est une barque. Si l'on regarde il y a deux mâts gréés en carré et le dernier porte des voiles auriques. Un don de Mlle Kathryn Ladd. This is a portrait of the Belmont with a hole in it. (The hole is in the yellow circle.) It happened when young Kathryn was playing with her father's 0.22 gun. She never played with it again... 

Voici un portrait du Belmont avec un trou. (Le trou est dans le cercle jaune .) C'est arrivé lorsque la jeune  Kathryn jouait avec le fusil 0.22 de son père. Elle n'en a jamais joué encore...
